He looks familiar. What other movies has he been in? Hmmmm... And Dumbles isn't as flamboyantly dressed as he was described in the book. Or perhaps I just imagined him that way. When I read "purple suit" I think, flamboyant.

I know, I was really disappointed in Dumbles' suit. In the book it was Purple velvet, and his hair was supposed to be red., but you can tell by the shot that they are going for this whole washed out, shades of grey, concentrate on the darkness and despair thing, so I guess red hair and a vibrant purple suit wouldn't really fit into that.

Yes! A purple velvet suit should be flamboyant. But I can see how as a film maker you have to go for a look, and the whole darkness of the scene would kind of be ruined by a very flamboyant looking purple suit. Oh well.

Well, I'll say this, young Dumbles definitely had an eye for fashion. I was just rereading that bit in HBP, and it says specifically that the suit was 'plum' velvet. Plum would have offset his auburn hair to even more advantage than say, violet or one of the more blue based purples. Way to go Dumbles!

His name is Hero Fiennes-Tiffin. Apparently he is Ralph Fiennes' nephew. imbd.com says that he has only ever been in one other movie this last year. Nothing i have heard of, but he does look familiar, doesn't he.

Hmmm... he probably just looks like some other little boy I've seen before. That's pretty cool though that they got Ralph Fiennes' nephew.

The boy actually looks alot like this: http://chiburaska.deviantart.com/art/Remember-91705042
chiburaska's sketch of Siderius. That's sort of weird, because as far as I know chiburaska had never seen this picture at the time she drew Sid.

The picture makes me want to cry, because I really don’t believe children are born evil. But when I read Voldermort/Tom Riddle I kind of make him an Omen child.

When I first saw the picture I thought it was from another movie and you were just showing us how he looked like Siderius.

Ah, so that is younger Dumbledore. I saw the trading-card shot (http://img373.imageshack.us/my.php?image=potterupdatesetks4.jpg) and was like, wth is that? (...isn't his hair supposed to be still auburn at that age?)

Tom looks wonderfully evil! And good job on selecting the face... there's a certain shadowy resemblance to adult Voldemort.

Well apparently the little boy is Ralph Fiennes nephew so that would explain the similarity, I suppose
